Welcome to tara. These terms explain how tara works during the first phase of our early access launch and what you agree to when using it. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@tara-connect.com.

By creating an account or completing onboarding, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

tara is operated by Tara Connect Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Registered address: 43 Moy Green Drive, Horley, RH6 8NU.

When we say “we”, “us”, “our”, or “tara”, we mean Tara Connect Limited.
When we say “you”, we mean the person using the service.

In this phase, tara provides an onboarding experience where you share information about your background, interests, and goals.

After onboarding, your account remains in a waiting state until the second or a subsequent phase of the early access launch.

At this stage, tara does not yet offer matching, messaging, scheduling, or any user-to-user interaction.

As an early-stage version of tara, features may be incomplete, may change, and may be paused or removed at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
• Access in this phase is through Google authentication. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must not use tara for harmful, unlawful, misleading, or disruptive behaviour.

The information you share during onboarding belongs to you.
By providing it, you give us permission to use it only to operate and improve tara — for example, to prepare for matching in a future phase and to understand user needs.

We do not sell your data.

We use third-party tools to support the service, including HubSpot, SendGrid, PostHog, and Google Analytics. Each has its own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

How we use and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

This is the first phase of an early access launch, which means:

• Features may change without notice.
• Access may be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued.
• We may update, replace, or remove parts of the service as we move into future phases.

The design, software, brand, and content of tara belong to Tara Connect Limited. You may use them only as part of the service.

Please do not copy, reuse, or distribute our materials without permission.

tara is provided “as is” during early access. We aim to keep it available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed opportunities or lost profits.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, or £100 if you use the free version.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as for fraud or negligence causing death or personal injury.

You may stop using tara or delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or remove access if you breach these terms or if necessary for safety, maintenance, or service integrity.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK court if you live elsewhere in the UK).

We may update these terms as tara evolves.

If changes are significant or affect your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email and may ask you to agree again before continuing to use the service.
