Skip the networking performance and LinkedIn noise. tara is a community for neurodivergent women who build - founders, creatives, designers, product makers. One focused conversation a month with someone who actually gets it. No small talk. No masking. Just honest, useful exchanges with people navigating the same messy challenges you are.

Trust means talking to real builders using their real names, sharing real challenges - not LinkedIn influencers performing success. You'll know who you're meeting before you connect, so you can show up ready for an honest conversation about what's actually hard.

Authenticity means skipping the performance. No curated highlight reels, no AI-generated wisdom, no pretending you have it all figured out. This is space for "I'm stuck on pricing" or "I have no idea which tool to use" - the conversations that actually move you forward.

Reciprocity means everyone brings something to the table, whether you're three months or three years into your journey. You might need marketing advice today and offer technical insight tomorrow - or find that a fresh perspective matters more than years of experience.

Agency means you choose what you share, who you connect with, and how often. No pressure to network constantly or maintain a feed. One meaningful 45-minute conversation a month on your terms, designed around your actual life and needs.
Every connection in tara starts with intention. We focus on one 45‑minute conversation at a time so it feels focussed, structured, and never overwhelming.
Real people, real names. A space built for neurodivergent women where you can be direct, honest, and exactly yourself.
Each month you're matched with someone whose goals and challenges genuinely align with yours. Not an algorithm, not random.
Simple prompts so you know exactly what to expect. No awkward openers, no performing. Just a good conversation.

We're opening tara to our first members through an early access launch. This is the stage where we learn with you, not just about you.
Why join now? You'll be part of a small, intentional community of neurodivergent women builders who care about getting this right. You'll help us understand what makes connections genuinely useful - what prompts work, what conversations feel worth having, and how to build a space where honesty comes naturally.
Some features are still evolving, and connections will start gradually. If you're happy to join early and share feedback, you'll help shape how tara grows for every neurodivergent woman who comes after you.
tara helps you have honest, one‑to‑one conversations that actually move your work forward, without the pressure or noise of traditional networking.
You’ll see the other person’s profile in advance, so you can arrive prepared and skip awkward introductions.
Guided prompts so you know exactly what to expect going in, especially useful if you find unstructured conversation draining.
One focused 45‑minute online conversation each month that fits around your life.
Real stories and practical lessons from people in the same trenches. Solve problems quicker, see your work differently.
Nothing to post, nothing to perform. tara simply creates the space for one meaningful connection at a time.
Built by a neurodivergent founder, for neurodivergent women. This isn't a bolt-on. It's the whole point.
tara is for people who care about real conversation. Here’s the kind of person our early members are hoping to connect with through one‑to‑one introductions.
“I want to talk to someone who’s also building something from scratch and can be honest about what’s hard, not just the highlight reel.”

“I’d love to meet people in similar roles who I can swap real stories with about tricky stakeholders, team dynamics and the reality behind the job title.”

“I’m looking for someone a bit further ahead in their career who can help me avoid common mistakes and soundboard big decisions in a safe space.”
“I want to connect with people outside my industry who can challenge how I think and offer completely different perspectives on the same problems.”

“I’d like to meet other people who find big networking events draining but still care about learning, sharing ideas and building supportive relationships.”

“I’m keen to talk to people who have experience with funding, incubators or career moves and are willing to share what they learned along the way.”

Here are some of the most common questions about tara and how our early access phase works. We’ve answered the essentials below, and you can find more detail on our Questions page.
tara is an online service that helps people have better one‑to‑one professional conversations. You create a short profile about what you’re working on and who you’d like to talk to, and in later phases we’ll use this to introduce you to people with similar goals and values.
tara is for people who are building or shaping something in their working life and want honest conversations, not sales pitches. It’s especially for people building largely on their own (founders, small business owners, side‑project builders and product or design professionals) who want support from others who understand the highs and lows, whether they’re going through it right now or have been there before.
Early access is our first launch of tara, where a smaller group can try things out and help shape how it works. You can think of it as a beta launch: the core idea is live, but we’re still learning, improving and not yet introducing members to each other at full speed.
tara is built around calm, focused one‑to‑one conversations, not feeds, likes or cold outreach. There are no algorithms ranking your posts or pushing you to perform; the aim is simply to bring together people who care about similar things for real conversation.
